WorryTime Privacy Policy
WorryTime (“the App”) is a self-help iOS app for working through anxious thoughts. It uses techniques inspired by Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) — such as running small experiments to test your worries and weighing the evidence for and against them — to help you build more balanced thinking. This policy explains how your information is handled when you use the App.
Data we collect
We do not collect personal data. The App does not require an account, does not use analytics or advertising, and does not send your content to our servers.
Where your content is stored
Anything you write in the App (for example experiments or thought records) is stored only on your device, using Apple’s on-device storage. The App does not need an internet connection to work, and your notes are never uploaded to us.
Because your content is saved locally and never uploaded, it stays on that device. The App itself does not sync your content to your other devices, and if you delete the App or lose the device, that content is gone and cannot be recovered by us.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do.
